On this week's episode of the Any Given Runday Podcast, the lads chat with Ronan Barrett (@rbarrettsportstherapy )

As well as being a Personal Trainer at ROC Fitness (@r_o_c_fitness ) and being a marathon runner himself, Ronan is a Neuromuscular Therapist and also performs Orthopedic massage, massage therapy and event massage.

After talking to the lads about his own training and what he has learned in his events, Ronan talks about injury prevention for runners, exercises they should do and whether protocols like massage guns (including where NOT to use them), foam rollers and ice baths are beneficial for runners are effective.

Great episode for people into long distance running but also strength training and exercises to help reduce injuries
