Jennifer talks about how a 5km fundraising event for her daughter led to her running large-scale fundraising events as well as her own running journey taking off. Having previously never understood why people ran, Jennifer went from walking a 5km event to running a 50km event, hiring a coach (previous Any Given Runday guest @ian_is_running_1). She also talks about how and why she formed her own running club, Sheriff Street Running Club, and the impact it has had on the community
