Danielle Griffin is a Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist who is trained in many types of yoga (Hatha, Ashtanga, Sports, Prenatal, Kids, Babies in Yoga Medicine) and also trained in Myofascia Release Techniques which adds to her sports classes to loosen up & recover faster. She is a Sports Yoga Teacher and additionally has completed Sports Yoga Training with Sarah Ramsden (Ryan Giggs Yoga teacher). With Sports Yoga Training she can design cross-training classes to work on mental focus, strength, mobility, breathing, relaxation, flexibility to enhance stamina, endurance and prevent injury.
